Overall Experience 5 out of 5
We started first with home help and have evolved to include companionship and personal care.
All of the carers are lovely – helpful, kind, efficient and often go the extra mile without asking.
It’s very reassuring to have the team supporting my parents.

Reviews for Home Instead (Stirlingshire & Falkirk)
My mum has been looked after by the Home Instead team since January. She was a bit reticent about carers coming in, however, the team at Home Instead worked with times to make it accessible. The care staff are kind and considerate and there is never any issue with any tasks. The office team have been very supportive with mum as she has had many hospital admissions and always ensure the best experience for her.
