Our recruitment team brought home the trophies at the British Recruitment Awards this month!
We are thrilled to announce that our recruitment team has been awarded not one but two prizes at the recent British Recruitment Awards. These prestigious awards recognize excellence across the UK recruitment industry.
Our in-house recruitment team took home the award for “In-House Team of the Year” which reflects the well-deserved recognition for their tireless efforts over the past year. Led admirably by Fiona Lauder, our Group Recruitment and Retention Manager, the team surpassed themselves in finding creative ways to bring wonderful new care professionals into Home Instead.
Fiona herself was awarded “Leader of the Year” for her outstanding guidance and vision. As Fiona commented, she is incredibly proud of the trust and collaboration within the team that allows them to work hard while also having fun. It is this positive, solutions-focused culture that Fiona has fostered.
The past year presented many challenges for recruitment within the care sector. However, our team rose admirably to each obstacle through innovative strategies and an unrelenting dedication to our mission. To be recognised on a national scale is a testament to their hard work and passion.
