Alzheimer's Action Day 2025

What a brilliant morning this morning at the St Helens Alzheimer’s Society Information Day as part of Dementia Action week 2025.

The event was very well attended by members of the public seeking advice and information about dementia, as well as a wide range of advocacy services and support organisation; it was lovely to speak to so many people.

Lali Kelly from the Alzheimer’s Society lead the chair exercises session which was huge fun and reminded us of the importance of physical movement in stimulating the brain.
A huge ‘thank you’ to Lali for organising and hosting this super event.
