Clients often share how much our support has meant to them. One client wrote: “I have been extremely pleased and happy with the care provided by Home Instead over the past few weeks. All the carers have been extremely kind and friendly and have been very willing to do whatever I have asked and more! Whenever I have not given them a lot to do, it has just been lovely to chat with them.” Another daughter shared: “Through professional service from beginning to end. Initial enquiry, setting out a care plan, contact with my dad and myself, reviews and especially the care my dad received. No negative experiences and I would definitely use the service again.” These kind words reflect the trust families place in us.

Our Care Professionals are trained to provide home help in a way that’s safe, respectful, and tailored to each client’s needs. From infection control and safe cleaning practices to food safety and basic nutrition, we take the everyday seriously. Many members of our team have additional training in dementia awareness or mobility support, which allows them to spot changes and respond with care. That’s why our Care Professionals can help with more than just the housework. They can assist with errands, accompany clients to the shop or post office, or simply offer friendly conversation over a cup of tea. For those who prefer to stay in, we help bring the outside world in through updates, chats, and little touches of everyday life. Because home help isn’t just about ticking off chores, it’s about helping people feel comfortable, confident, and at home.
