January's Key to Care Talk

This January we will be talking about maintaining health and independence in older age.

We will be joined by Zoe from Maintain Independence to talk about the great services that they offer. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a neurological condition, or simply looking to stay active and pain free, they provide the expertise and facilities to help you to move well and live well.

As always, a great chance to socialise and refreshments will also be available before and after the talk. This information session is free to attend, and everyone is welcome.
