What we do to care for your loved ones
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.

The service and support provided to date have been excellent, and the staff have all been very caring, friendly and reliable. There seems to be good supervision of the team, and the mobile app is very helpful in providing reassurance (when you do not live close by) that everything is okay.
We would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead South to anyone with elderly parents who need assistance.

Our father was Mr independent and resisted help from anyone other than family until he met his two carers from Home Instead. They made his lunch the way he liked it, listened patiently to his stories and cheerfully kept his house (and him) neat and tidy. Older adults living alone won’t always need companionship care, it is often most beneficial for individuals who require more social interaction or feel isolated from friends and family.
