Be a Good Egg Easter Campaign - Thank you!

The Home Instead Be a Good Egg appeal is our Easter egg collection campaign aimed at spreading joy to lonely and vulnerable elderly people during the Easter holiday season.

The campaign encourages members of the public to donate Easter eggs at designated drop-off points, including Tesco (Shrewsbury), Morrisons (Shrewsbury and Oswestry), One Stop (Oswestry), Sainsbury’s (Meole Brace), Tuffins (Craven Arms), Coop (Radbrook Green) and Helping Hands (Ludlow). Thank you to all of these organisations for collecting and donating eggs themselves.

The collected eggs are distributed among elderly individuals who may be living alone or isolated during the Easter period. This initiative aims to bring some Easter cheer to those who may not have the opportunity to celebrate the Easter season with their loved ones.

We are pleased to have distributed over 200 Easter and Easter gifts across our franchise area of Shrewsbury, Ludlow and Oswestry.

Overall, the Home Instead Be a Good Egg appeal is a heart warming campaign that brings joy to those who may be feeling lonely and vulnerable during the Easter season. By donating Easter eggs, members of the public can help spread some cheer and make a positive impact on the lives of those who need it the most.
