We have only been using Home Instead for about 3 months – but we are very pleased with the service. My mum and dad are very fond of the carers – 2 in particular, and the advise that myself and my brother have received from the office has been very supportive.
There have been several problems with the medication and conversations with the pharmacy, and it has all been dealt with very efficiently by Home Instead. The service we have received has been excellent. We have used Home Instead for the last four years and not only have they looked after Mum with excellent care, they have also looked after me, as a family member, and been there for me when things have been challenging with Mum.
