Our home help and housekeeping service has a wide variety of support that our Care Professionals can assist with, and this includes but is not limited to putting bins out, laundry, dusting, vacuuming and even supporting with any family pets. Your loved one will be matched to a Care Professional who, courtesy of our one-hour minimum call time, will take their time to get to know how your loved one likes to keep everything organised around the house. There are a lot of benefits to home help, and some include removing any clutter or unwanted items that could become a trip hazard, supporting your loved one to create an ideal space that makes them feel comfortable.
What we do to care for your loved ones
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.

We have only been using Home Instead for about 3 months – but we are very pleased with the service. My mum and dad are very fond of the carers – 2 in particular, and the advise that myself and my brother have received from the office has been very supportive.
There have been several problems with the medication and conversations with the pharmacy, and it has all been dealt with very efficiently by Home Instead. My brother and I are pleased we have chosen Home Instead to oversee the care and welfare of our parents, when we are not able to be there as often as we wish.

The service we have received has been excellent. We have used Home Instead for the last four years and not only have they looked after Mum with excellent care, they have also looked after me, as a family member, and been there for me when things have been challenging with Mum.
