These trips are something our clients really look forward to, and not just for the coffee and cake afterwards! It’s a fantastic way to get out of the house, be with your Care professional and maintain those all important social connections. We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home.
