Are you an NHS Nurse wanting to reset your work-life balance?

It's time for a change. Blend your passion for caregiving with a workplace that's got your back.

Sadly, we’re hearing from many NHS nurses who are disillusioned with the hospital environment and their ability to give the quality care, because the workload is overwhelming.

We hear that managers seem distant, which is not surprising as they are overworked too, and teams are stretched thin.

It’s not surprising that many are feeling exhausted, undervalued and disheartened.

But deep down, you still love what you do—proving that care is in your blood.

There has to be a better way.

If you’ve been feeling it may be time for a change and would like to blend your passion for caregiving with a workplace that’s got your back, look no further.

Home Instead Reigate and Tandridge is on the lookout for compassionate individuals with a professional approach to join our team.

The care we provide is relationship-led, which means we aim to match Care Professionals with clients who share common interests, or are of compatible character, and then support visits are provided by that person on the same day at the same time each week.

Most visits are 2 hours long which is ample time to assist with daily activities such as washing and dressing, medication reminders etc. as well as provide the emotional support and companionship that so many older people need, sometimes over a cuppa or visits to the local garden centre.

And you won’t arrive at your next client feeling frazzled as we schedule visits carefully, allowing ½ hour journey time between visits.

Our Care Professionals tell us they feel valued and enjoy being part of a supportive team.

When you join Home Instead, you’ll receive:

  • Competitive pay rates
  • Continuous professional development and training opportunities
  • A rewarding career with a positive impact on individuals’ lives

Our business is growing, so we’d love to hear about your current NHS employment and if you have an area of specialism.

Can you show us your:

  • Compassionate and patient nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation, as many clients enjoy outings.

If it’s time for you to address your work-life balance and apply your NHS skills in a new setting, becoming a Care Professional with Home Instead is the perfect opportunity.
