Talking to Barry Men's Forum about caring for people living with dementia

Home Instead’s Director, Phil Batchelor enjoyed meeting the gentlemen at The Barry Men’s Forum earlier this year to talk about dementia.

The group was well-attended, friendly and very interested to learn more about Alzheimer’s & other dementias, and practical tips to help friends and family living with dementia.

A key message was that it is possible for most people to live well with dementia and that there is a wide range of support available to help.

The Barry Men’s Forum meet weekly from October to end-April on a Thursday morning at The Cemetery Road Community Centre, CF62 8BQ. E mail Barry Franks barryfranks@callnetuk.com to learn more about the group.
