St David’s Hospital Gets Festive!
In December it was our pleasure to support the wonderful project being run by “Mental Health Matters” situated within St David’s Hospital Cardiff.

Their aim is to encourage patients to join in with activities brought in from the surrounding areas, in the hope they will feel confident accessing them once they are discharged to go home.
This wonderful project also helps patients fight against deconditioning which often takes place during long term stays in hospital.
As a first class homecare provider we work tirelessly to ensure our clients keep moving and interacting with as many different activities as possible.
When patients are discharged back home, they can often feel a bit lost and struggle to know where to start getting their social lives back on track. Our Companionship services are an excellent way to combat this.To find our more about them, click here – Companionship Care at home | Home Instead
If you run a community group or a social care project and would like us to bring along free activities to support your aims, please contact Chrissy – [email protected]
