Llandough Social Is Back!
In August we were thrilled to restart our Llandough Social coffee morning and quiz, but this time at the War Memorial Hall in Llandough, thanks to the kindness of the Llandough Community Council.
15 attended with many more unable to make it due to holidays.
Our professional guest was Ruth Sutton from the NHS immunisation team, who informed our group about all the current vaccinations there are on offer.
As usual, the Honky Horn quiz went down a storm and our winning team is pictured.
Isolation is known to be harmful to both our physical and mental health, so it’s important to make socialising a priority in your self-care regime.
Our companionship services help people who feel vulnerable or have lost confidence, to get out and about more to enjoy the things they love.
