Home Instead Penarth and Barry Supporting The Live Well Age Well Team

In May we continued to support this vital NHS team who are running batches of 6 sessions for local people to attend.

Their aim is to encourage people to make healthier lifestyle choices around moving their bodies and the type of food they have.

Our part in this, is to inspire participants to continue putting their newly learned ideas into practice, by using established community groups to further their healthy living status.

We are keen to support people at whatever stage they may be on their life journey, however, we know prevention of ill-health and frailty can help people avoid crisis situations further down the line.
