In July we had Tom from Rise facilitate a fun tennis session at our Memory and Movement Café.

Our professional guest was Karen from Age Connects who told us about their befriending services – Friendship and Practical Help – Age Connects Cardiff and the Vale

Our 2 wonderful volunteers, Louise and Jo kept us well hydrated in the warm weather and Karen supplied some very fancy cakes!
