Forget Me Not Chorus Comes To Penarth Memory and Movement Café

In January, we had an uplifting taster session facilitated by Jacs and Ben from FMNC.

With their clever mix of singing and movement, we all had a wonderful time performing together.

Our volunteers Louise and Jo kept us topped up with hot drinks and biscuits throughout, and we finished off with a some boccia target practice.

We discovered a few with a hidden talent for this game, so when we organise some more serious boccia sessions, it will be a great contest.
