In September MenoPals Sully enjoyed an informative and experiential session facilitated by Betsan De Renesse an Holistic Core Restore Coach from  Studio Glow Stiwdio  – Studio Glow Stiwdio (stiwdioglow.co.uk)

She teaches Reformer Pilates and offers 1:1 Personal training for Postpartum Recovery, Pelvic Health, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Abdominal Surgery, C Section Recovery, Endometriosis, and is a  Peri/ Post Menopause Specialist.

The group enjoyed a range of exercises and approaches to ensure that pelvic floor exercises are executed in the correct way.

Main takeaways – breathe out when doing pelvic floor squeezes and always breathe out as you get up from a chair or lift anything heavy.
