Creative Dance At Parkinson’s Support In Dinas Powys

In March it was our pleasure to take along Maris from Rubicon Dance to the Parkinson’s Support Group in Dinas.

We moved our entire bodies to different styles of music, which is key when trying to retain as much flexibility as possible with a long term condition.

The group do a variety of things ranging from activities to outings, but all are good fun.

If you are interested in joining them, they meet at The Murchfield Community Centre, Sunnycroft Lane, Dinas Powys on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 2pm.
