Connecting in Older Age

At our November session for our Llandough over 50s coffee morning we had Nicola Rocket from Age Connects visit us.

She gave an overview of their services and support and our group went away with their informative magazine.

We ran our usual Honky Horn Quiz which evoked lots of fun and laughter.

Free refreshments were on hand throughout and Dawn Andrews our local PCSO helped to keep things running smoothly.
