In April we ran our Llandough Social coffee and quiz session and we had so much fun.
There are few social groups in the area, so we’d love to have you join us.
Pictured is the whole group along with our winning quiz team.
At Home Instead Penarth and Barry we work hard to prevent isolation and loneliness as we understand the negative impact it can have on both our physical and mental health.
Our companionship services help people to get out and about, have regular chats and still enjoy their hobbies and interests.
