Care Professional of the Month, September 2023

Congratulations to Jen, our Care Professional of the Month for September.

Jen has been recognised for making a particular different to one of her clients. The client was very resistant to having care and, due to her Alzheimer’s, reverting back to her first language of Welsh. Jen being able to communicate in this language with her has made a fantastic difference to her life and that of the family.

Being able to speak with someone other than her family, someone who shows an interest in her, makes this client smile. She looks forward to your visits. Your calm, confident and respectful approach as made the client feel relaxed and be able to open up with yourself.
