Being Present, the Real Health Gift

In November at the Sully MenoPals session we had Gareth Hallybone from the NHS deliver an introduction to Mindfulness.

In November at the Sully MenoPals session we had Gareth Hallybone from the NHS deliver an introduction to Mindfulness.

We learned how it can help us to better manage difficult feelings, thoughts or pain, which is key when navigating the menopause journey.

Gareth led us through a couple of mindfulness experiences with his guidance and the feedback was mostly positive.

Some of us, for a number of different reasons, are not suited to HRT so it’s vital we have alternative ways to cope with our symptoms and experiences.

We were also very lucky to have gift bags supplied by Judith Mancuso who owns Ener-Chi in Penarth.

Judith is very supportive of women’s health issues and will offer some limited free samples and advice to those women who belong to Sully MenoPals.

We look forward to celebrating Christmas on the 13th December at our last MenoPals Sully session of the year.
