In February we had fun galore at our Barry session.
We were joined by Toni and Kate, PCSOs from South Wales Police who joined in with our quizzing.
Our sessions are designed to be inclusive for people who may have long term health issues, or indeed, those who are still fighting fit.
Everyone is in a team so even if someone arrives on their own, they are quickly welcomed onto a team and feel like they belong.
