At our September session in Penarth, we had Rob Baker from Sporting Memories run a taster session, so we could experience what happens in their local groups.
At our September session in Penarth, we had Rob Baker from Sporting Memories run a taster session, so we could experience what happens in their local groups.
With a wonderful mix of general knowledge quiz questions, Spot the Ball, guess the famous sports person pictures, bean bag throwing and curling, our 2 teams were tested at many levels.
This is a wonderful opportunity to reminisce, have fun social contact and get to move around with light exercise.
Our group enjoyed the session very much and we thank our 2 local PSCOs Dawn and Luke and Jo Sutton from the Welsh Ambulance service for joining in with all the games.
Special thanks to Jo for helping to keep our group topped up with refreshments!
