Our day care for elderly people offers a blend of consistency, security and personalised care that’s often harder to find in residential settings. Small, dedicated teams ensure continuity, helping clients build strong, trusting relationships with carefully matched Care Professionals. Staying in familiar surroundings promotes comfort and safety, while maintaining daily routines fosters independence, self-esteem, and purpose – essential for a good quality of life. We aim to support our Oxfordshire community by preventing hospital stays, readmissions, and unnecessary GP visits through regular monitoring. Day care also provides respite for relatives, ensuring family time is quality time.
What we do to care for your loved ones
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.

We chose Home Instead as my father wants to stay in his home whilst coping with the onset of dementia. As a family, we believe that this is preferable to going into a home and Home Instead have the expertise and experience to make this work. Home Instead have responded fantastically to Dad’s changing needs and nothing is too difficult to do to help him. The carers are exceptionally focused & committed & the management are truly standing by our side and helping us through the process.
