Celebrating Community Connections at the Royal Cheshire County Show

The Home Instead Northwich & Knutsford team recently joined colleagues from across the region at this year’s Royal Cheshire County Show, one of Cheshire’s biggest annual events celebrating agriculture, local businesses, charities and community organisations.

Held over two days at Tabley Showground in Knutsford, the event welcomed thousands of visitors from across the county, providing a fantastic opportunity to connect with local residents and showcase the support available to older adults living in our communities.

Joining forces with fellow Home Instead offices from South Cheshire, Chester, Stockport, Wirral, and South Liverpool, our team spent the event speaking with members of the public, answering questions about home care, and sharing information about the services and community initiatives available to help older adults remain safe, independent, and connected within their own homes.

Throughout the show, we had the pleasure of meeting families looking for advice on care options, connecting with local organisations, and strengthening relationships with community partners who all share the same goal of supporting people to live well as they age.

Community events like the Royal Cheshire County Show are invaluable in helping us raise awareness of the support available through Home Instead while giving us the opportunity to engage with people face-to-face, answer questions, and provide reassurance to those who may be exploring care for themselves or a loved one.
