Did you know that you can receive post-operative care in the comfort of your own home?  For many minor procedures, or other operations which don’t require a lengthy stay in hospital, you can continue your recovery at home.

Doing so, may mean you need a little bit more assistance until you are back on your feet.  Our experienced Care Professionals at Home Instead North Wales can assist you with a personalised support plan, following the hospital’s recommendations, to ensure your recovery runs as smoothly as possible.

Why Postoperative & Recovery Care may be right for you

If you have a relative ready for discharge from Glan Clwyd Hospital or one of the local community cottage hospitals in Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, Abergele, Rhyl or Ruthin you don’t need to wait for a capacity to become available from any of the local authority providers.

The team at Home Instead are able to assess your loved one in hospital and put a private package together ready to start when discharge is confirmed.  We work alongside the Occupational Therapist and District Nurse teams to ensure the support you need is available when you need it.
