Home Instead North Wales and Wrexham Receive a 5-Star Employer Award

Two Home Instead offices in North Wales received a 5-star employer award from Work Buzz. After the results came in from the  PEAQ (Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality) Survey, the office in Colwyn Bay and Flintshire/Wrexham received top marks.

The annual survey is a chance for care professionals and the office team to share their thoughts about working for the company. Employees have a chance to highlight what we do well and how we can make the experience even better. The feedback plays a vital role in helping us create a supportive, rewarding, and high-quality workplace for everyone.
