Our Team and Our Mission
Based in Deddington, about eight miles from the towns of Banbury, Bicester, and Brackley, we work together at Home Instead North Oxfordshire to provide compassionate home care support and improve the lives of our clients in their own homes.
Our care professionals are at the heart of everything we do. Their dedication, compassion, and commitment make a real difference to the lives of our clients and their families every single day.
A Chance to Relax and Celebrate
Each September, we take time to come together and celebrate our wonderful team with our annual barbecue. The event is our way of saying a heartfelt thank you to our care team in North Oxfordshire for all the hard work and care they provide throughout the year.
This year’s gathering was filled with laughter, good conversation, and plenty of delicious food from the grill. It was a lovely opportunity for everyone to relax, meet new colleagues, and enjoy a well-deserved break in great company.
