I joined Home Instead in 2022 having worked in similar roles for a luxury retirement village and a private Therapeutic Clinic. When I'm not in the office, I'm usually walking around the Cotswolds with my dog, husband and two year old daughter.

I started with Home Instead in 2016 as an Administrator and have progressed in that time to Head of People, managing recruitment, HR, training and employee engagement. Outside of work I love travelling the world and spending time with my husband and our cat, Molly.
