Home Instead Maidstone recognised as a 5-star Employer

Home Instead Maidstone has been ranked within the top five percent of health and social care companies worldwide in terms of care professional satisfaction.

All employees of the home care company were invited to take part in an anonymous survey by independent employee engagement experts WorkBuzz.

Home Instead Maidstone is delighted to have received an impressive Care Professional advocacy score of 92, an overall mark showing how supportive an employer it is. The rating puts them as a global leader in their sector and gives them a ‘5 star’ accreditation.

97% of care professionals said “I’m proud to work for Home Instead”, while 100% said “I am treated fairly regardless of race, gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation or other differences”

One care professional said “Home Instead Maidstone are professional, caring, informative, encouraging and supportive. They value you as an employee and are genuinely concerned about your wellbeing. They recognise that if you are happy you can serve your clients well. I feel valued as an employee and part of their team” another said “everyone is so lovely, caring, understanding, very aproachable, one big happy family”

Those who receive the company’s care were also surveyed, leading to exceptionally high satisfaction scores. This includes 100% of clients saying “my care professional makes me feel safe when they visit”

Home Instead has vacancies on offer for people who want to join the team and begin or further a career in care. Care Professionals undergo training and arm themselves with skills sought-after in the care sector.
