Jo O Celebrates 10 year Home Instead Anniversary

Happy 10 Year Work Anniversary to our fabulous Jo O!

This month marks 10 years since Jo joined us at Home Instead, and we are just as happy today as we were then to have her as part of our team.

Jo began her journey as a Care Professional, visiting clients in their own homes each day and helping them remain safe, comfortable, and well supported. She then moved into the office team as a Care Coordinator, carefully matching our Care Professionals with the right clients and ensuring schedules ran smoothly so everyone was exactly where they needed to be, when they needed to be!

A few years later, Jo joined the hourly care Client Services team, supporting clients in the Maidenhead area. For the past three years, she has been our Live-In Care Manager, overseeing live-in care packages and ensuring our clients receive exceptional support while continuing to enjoy the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

She’s well known for her love of an award – after one awards ceremony, she took a tumble (walking on cobbles in high heels isn’t a good mix!) while still clutching the precious trophy tightly in her arms, protecting it at all costs despite a few bumps and bruises of her own! So, to celebrate her incredible 10 years with us, we simply had to create a very special award just for her.

Jo, thank you for your dedication, compassion, and hard work over the past decade. Home Instead truly wouldn’t be Home Instead without you! 💜
