Christmas Tree Festivals

We are once again delighted to be sponsoring trees at the Maidenhead and the Henley tree festivals.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year here at Home Instead, and we’re feeling extra festive this week! Each year, we are proud to sponsor Christmas trees at local tree festivals in Maidenhead, and this year, we’re thrilled to expand our support to Henley as well! These events are a fantastic way to dive into the Christmas spirit, all while supporting incredible causes that make a real difference in our community.

One of the highlights of our holiday season is the St. Luke’s Tree Festival in Maidenhead. This year, all proceeds from the festival will go to support Alzheimer’s Dementia Support (@adscharity), a cause that’s incredibly close to our hearts. 💜 Alzheimer’s and dementia care are core to what we do at Home Instead, and we’re honored to be part of this special event, knowing that our involvement and sponsorship helps raise vital funds for those affected by these conditions.

Not only are these tree festivals an opportunity to give back, but they are also an absolute joy to experience. All the trees on display are real, filling the church spaces with that unmistakable and nostalgic scent of fresh Christmas trees — which is worth the visit all on its own! The venues are beautiful and welcoming, providing the perfect setting to kick off the festive season. And as always, the decorations are a feast for the eyes, with each tree creatively themed and carefully adorned. It’s inspiring to see the talent and thoughtfulness that goes into each display.

This year, our theme for the Home Instead tree is “Homes filled with love and memories… supported by caring hearts.” As you can see from the image, we believe this theme perfectly reflects what Home Instead stands for. Our clients’ homes are filled with love and cherished memories, and our dedicated Care Professionals work tirelessly with compassionate hearts to provide the highest quality care. It’s a simple but powerful message — one that represents everything we do and the people we serve.

Kim and Melissa from the office were at the opening event in Henley where they were joined by the Mayor of Henley, Councilor Tom Buckley, who opened the festival. And in Maidenhead, Melissa was joined by our longest serving and very first Care Professional – the ever popular Sherry, who has been with Home Instead since 2012.

We’re so proud to be part of these festivals and to help spread some holiday cheer in our community. We hope you’ll visit these wonderful tree festivals, take in the festive atmosphere, and support the amazing causes behind them. From all of us at Home Instead, we wish you a warm, joyful Christmas.
