Be A Santa To A Senior Hampers

Our festive gift to 120 members of Age Concern Twyford.

This year, we once again gifted the members of Twyford Age Concern 120 hampers full with festive produce, our activity book and lovely cards coloured by the children of The Colleton School.

We have been producing these hampers since 2020, when the pandemic meant we could no longer hold our festive tea parties, which we had been holding at The Colleton School for about 5 years previously.

The hampers contained, cake, biscuits, tea, chocolates, chutneys, jams, as well as the Home Instead activity book, which is packed with fun trivia, crosswords and colouring to keep that grey matter busy over the festive period. We also produced Christmas cards that we took to the children of The Colleton School to colour for us. They did a splendid job! The cards are super colourful and will definitely put a smile on the faces of those receiving them. So a big thank you to the lovely children at The Colleton for spending some time and helping us with this.

We were joined by The David Brownlow Foundation, Twyford Together, RG10 Magazine and Sheepland Garden Centres as we are every year, in funding the hampers.

We are sure those receiving our hampers will be super pleased with the contents and the fact we are thinking of them over the festive period. Happy Christmas everyone!
