At Home Instead Lytham, we’re incredibly proud of the care we provide and the people who make it possible every day.

That’s why we’re delighted to share the results from our latest PEAQ (Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality) survey, which highlights the positive experiences of our Care Professionals and reflects our commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace.
The PEAQ survey is a nationwide, independently run annual survey delivered by WorkBuzz and completed by all Home Instead offices across the UK. It gives Care Professionals, clients and office support teams the opportunity to share anonymous feedback, helping us understand what we’re doing well and where we can continue to improve.
For us, the PEAQ survey plays an important role in shaping how we move forward. Listening to feedback ensures we can continue delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting our team to feel confident, valued and empowered in their roles.
We’re delighted that the feedback from our Care Professionals highlights a strong sense of pride, confidence and inclusion at Home Instead Lytham. Some of the key results include:
93% of our Care Professionals said they are proud to work for Home Instead
96% feel they are treated fairly regardless of race, gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation or other differences
100% said they can be their true self at work
100% rated the recruitment process positively
100% said initial training prepared them for their first client visit
100% feel confident in their ability to meet their clients’ needs
96% said they have the tools and equipment they need to do their job safely
96% said they have access to the training they need to do their job well
These results reassure us that our focus on high-quality recruitment, thorough training and ongoing support is making a real difference for our team and, in turn, for our clients.
When Care Professionals feel supported, confident and able to be themselves at work, it has a positive impact on the care they provide. At Home Instead Lytham, we believe that putting our people first allows us to deliver the compassionate, personalised care our clients deserve, helping them remain independent and comfortable in their own homes.
As we continue to grow, we’re always looking for caring, compassionate people to join our team at Home Instead Lytham. No previous experience in care is required, we provide full training, ongoing development and plenty of support along the way.
If you’re looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference while being part of a supportive and inclusive team, we’d love to hear from you.
