If you really want to treat your elderly relatives when going out for lunch, take a look at Poplars Garden Centre. Poplars is a family-owned Centre filled with indoor and outdoor plants, garden furniture and an all-day restaurant open from 9 am-5 pm.
The restaurant has many food options throughout the day, enough to keep anyone satisfied! In the morning it serves breakfast, all the way to the afternoon where the restaurant offers a ‘Deli counter’ filled with toasties, jacket potatoes and a main hot counter that serves hot meals such as lasagne and traditional roast dinner! It is a perfect place for a fussy eater with the flexibility of food choices.
If it wasn’t a big lunch you were looking for, Poplars also cater for an afternoon tea throughout the day with fresh sandwiches and scones. Please note you will need to request an afternoon tea 24 hours before your visit!

Greenfields restaurant

If you are ever in Luton Mall and want a place to stop for a lunch spot to eat, give your elderly loved ones or senior friends a true taste of the town the next time you’re out! Greenfields is a perfect lunchtime place to wind down after shopping. The reason for this restaurant being a great choice is because of where it is situated in the Mall! It is in a quiet part of town making it a relaxing decision.
The food ranges from all day breakfasts to classics such as Gammon and chips. The lighting is bright and clear, and the menu is simple and easy to read. Tables can be reserved either by phoning the restaurant directly or walk-ins are also accepted.

The Cross Keys Pulloxhill

The family-run pub has been in the business for over 50 years and has greatly refurbished to build its homemade reputation in the village. The Cross Keys Classic village pub is a restaurant with large gardens and patios. On a sunny day, its garden is the perfect place to sit down and grab some lunch in the sun!
Over the past few years, they have regularly updated their menus to suit the needs of customers and suggestions they may pick up!
