We're Celebrating! Home Instead Leek and Moorlands Achieve Gold from Investors in People Again

We are delighted to announce that we have once again achieved the prestigious Investors in People (IIP) Gold Award. This award recognises our commitment to our people and places us among the top 23% of all IIP-accredited organisations and 19% for the Human Health and Medical activities/care sector.

IIP is the leading accreditation for business improvement through people management and provides a range of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow. The Gold Award indicates that we will continue to invest, nurture and support our team.

During the assessment, the IIP assessor commented on our strengths, including inspirational leadership, a strong culture, and an engaged team of Care Professionals and office staff. We pride ourselves on our core values, which support our vision, shape our culture and reflect our commitment to being the employer of choice in the care sector.

Carol Lovatt, owner and Managing Director of Home Instead in Leek and Moorlands, said, “I couldn’t be more proud of our team at Home Instead Leek and Moorlands for achieving the prestigious Investors in People Gold Award again. Achieving a Gold Award demonstrates that we are committed to improving the capability of our people, have a culture that is passionate about enhancing what we do day in and day out, and highlight the tremendous value we collectively place on continuous improvement. Overall, it demonstrates that Home Instead is a great place to work!”
