Supporting Our Community: Visit to the Sedgemoor Dementia Hub

This week, our colleagues Michael and Shauna had the pleasure of attending an event at the Sedgemoor Dementia Hub—a vital community resource dedicated to supporting people living with dementia, as well as their families and loved ones.

The hub is currently hosting an open day, bringing together a range of organisations that provide services and support for those affected by dementia. It’s a fantastic opportunity for the community to access advice, information, and guidance about the help available in the area.

There was a real sense of connection and care throughout the event, with live music creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Michael and Shauna were able to meet with service providers and learn more about the incredible work being done to make life better for those living with dementia.
