Recently, we had the honour of celebrating a truly special milestone with one of our clients, Tom, as he turned 99. Marking the occasion with a Caterpillar cake, it was a wonderful way to recognise such an incredible achievement.

What makes this even more inspiring is Tom’s outlook on life. At 99, he continues to stay active and engaged — regularly attending Tai Chi sessions. His dedication to movement, balance, and wellbeing is a powerful reminder that age is just a number.

Tai Chi is known for its gentle movements and benefits for both body and mind. For Tom, it’s more than just exercise — it’s a way of staying connected, maintaining independence, and embracing each day with positivity.

We are incredibly grateful for the trust he places in us to support him at home. Stories like his inspire us every day and highlight the importance of staying active, staying social, and most importantly, staying young at heart.

Here’s to 99 years of wisdom, resilience, and living life to the fullest!
