Our 3rd quarter Care Professional meetings at Home Instead Knowsley & Liverpool East have now come to a close, and what a fantastic few weeks it has been!

Alongside sharing updates, celebrating achievements, and enjoying plenty of laughs over a cuppa, these sessions also gave us the chance to take part in some really valuable training. From activity log refreshers to medication training and more, it was a great opportunity to build confidence, refresh knowledge, and make sure we’re always delivering the highest standard of care.

There were plenty of highlights too — from celebrating work anniversaries to reading heart-warming feedback from clients and their families.

These meetings aren’t just about ticking boxes; they’re about connection, collaboration, and recognising the incredible dedication our Care Professionals show every single day. The positivity, energy, and genuine care our team brings to their roles is always inspiring to see.
