Our 2nd Quarter Care Pro Meetings Are Underway

Our 2nd Quarter Care Pro Meetings are now underway, and it’s been wonderful to catch up with our fantastic Care Professionals.

These meetings are an important part of staying connected as a team. They give us the opportunity to share business updates, discuss any changes or upcoming initiatives, celebrate achievements, and recognise the incredible work our Care Professionals do every day. Just as importantly, they provide a chance for our team to ask questions, share ideas, and let us know how we can continue to support them in their roles.

Working in care can often mean spending much of the day out in the community, so it’s always lovely to bring everyone together. Whether it’s over a cup of tea and a biscuit or simply having the chance to chat with colleagues, these meetings are a great reminder that we’re all part of one supportive team.

At Home Instead Knowsley and Liverpool East, we believe that looking after our Care Professionals is just as important as looking after our clients. By investing time in regular meetings and open communication, we can ensure everyone feels informed, valued, and supported. This helps us continue delivering the high-quality, person-centred care that our clients and their families rely on.
