July's Care Pro of the Month - Helen

At the heart of great care is compassion, consistency, and a genuine connection — and this month, we are incredibly proud to recognise Helen as our Care Pro of the Month for July.

Helen continues to go above and beyond in everything she does. Whether it’s her attention to detail during visits, the thoughtful way she interacts with clients, or simply the calm, reassuring presence she brings into a home — Helen sets the standard for what person-centred care truly looks like.

Her impact hasn’t gone unnoticed. In fact, we’ve had a growing number of clients calling in specifically to request Helen for their visits. That kind of feedback speaks volumes — not only about her professionalism, but also the trust and comfort she fosters in the lives of those she supports.

Most recently, Helen has taken on one of the greatest tasks — providing our nail care service. She’s truly hit the ground running with it, delivering the same high standard of care and attention to this specialist support. Helen has shared how therapeutic she finds the service — not just for the clients, but for herself too — and it’s already making a big difference to those she supports.
