Cuppas, Catch-Ups & Celebrations

Here at Home Instead Knowsley & Liverpool East, we love any excuse to bring our wonderful Care Professionals together — and today we kicked off our 3rd quarter meetings in style!

A big thank you to everyone who joined our very first session. These get-togethers are more than just meetings — they’re a chance to catch up with familiar faces, welcome new ones into the fold, share a cuppa (and a good chin wag, of course!), and remind ourselves that we’re all part of something special.

We also use this time to go through important updates, chat about any issues we’ve spotted, and most importantly, celebrate the amazing work being done every single day. From work anniversaries and our Care Professional of the Month, to reading out the heart-warming compliments we receive from clients and their families — it’s always a joy to pause and recognise the difference our Care Pros make.

We’re so proud of the high-quality, compassionate care delivered across Knowsley and Liverpool East, and these gatherings are just one way we make sure our Care Pros feel as supported and appreciated as the clients they care for.
