Day 1: Office Team and Brand Promises
On the first day, new hires carry out our ‘Welcome to Home Instead’ training day where they gather an understanding of what it’s like to work for Home Instead and learn about our core values:

- Medication Management: Instruction on accurate and safe medication administration.
- CPR Training: Essential life-saving skills to handle emergencies effectively.
