Our Registered Manager, Shauna, has officially completed the TQUK Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (RQF). This nationally recognised qualification is designed for senior professionals in the adult care sector, focusing on key areas such as safeguarding, governance, team leadership, person-centred practice, and continuous service improvement.
