Celebrating 10 Wonderful Years with Pat

This month, we are incredibly proud to celebrate a very special milestone – Pat’s 10-year anniversary with Home Instead.

When Pat came for her interview all those years ago, she said something that has stayed with us ever since. She told our Director, “If the job goes well, I’ll be here for 11 years.” True to her word, Pat has not only made it to 10 years, but she continues to be an invaluable part of our Home Instead family. A promise made — and beautifully kept.

From day one, Pat brought with her a wealth of experience and, more importantly, a genuine passion for helping others. Before joining Home Instead, she dedicated years to supporting people in different roles, including working with individuals who are blind. Her compassion, patience, and understanding have always shone through in everything she does.

Over the past decade, Pat has made an incredible difference in the lives of so many clients and their families. She is an absolute pleasure to work with — positive, dependable, and always willing to go above and beyond. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Pat. Whether it’s spending extra time to ensure a client feels comfortable, offering reassurance to a family member, or simply bringing warmth and laughter into someone’s home, she does it all with kindness and grace.

The feedback we receive about Pat is consistently outstanding. Families often tell us that when Pat is there, they have complete peace of mind. They know their loved ones are not only safe but genuinely cared for. That level of trust is something truly special — and it speaks volumes about the relationships Pat builds.
