Local care company is crowned ‘5 star employer

Home Instead Ipswich, Felixstowe & Woodbridge has been declared a ‘5-star’ employer, showing that care is a worthwhile career path to take. The home care company’s employees have commended the company due to factors such as top-quality training opportunities and supportive leadership.

All employees of the home care company were invited to take part in an anonymous survey by independent employee engagement experts WorkBuzz. Home Instead Ipswich, Felixstowe & Woodbridge is delighted to have received an impressive employee engagement score of 91, a rating that few companies achieve.

100% of care professionals agreed their job gives them the opportunity to learn and develop new skills, while 100% rated the initial training and felt supported by the team.

Those who receive the company’s care were also surveyed, leading to exceptionally high satisfaction scores. This includes 94% of clients rating the overall quality of our service, and 96% of clients saying they would recommend Home Instead services.
