We’re finalists in two EADT Business Awards categories!
We are delighted to share some exciting news, Home Instead Ipswich, Felixstowe & Woodbridge has been named as a finalist in not one, but two categories at this year’s East Anglian Daily Times (EADT) Business Awards.
We have been shortlisted for Customer Excellence and Employer of the Year, two awards that mean a great deal to us because they recognise the things that matter most, the people we support and the wonderful team who make our care possible.
Being recognised in the Customer Excellence category reflects the dedication of our Care Professionals and Office support staff, who provide compassionate, personalised support to help older people live happily and independently in their own homes.
From companionship visits and helping with everyday tasks, to more specialised support such as dementia care, our team goes above and beyond to make a positive difference to the lives of our clients and their families every day.
Our Employer of the Year nomination celebrates our incredible team and the supportive culture we work hard to create. We believe that when our Care Professionals feel valued, supported and appreciated, they can provide the very best care.
Joanna McCall, General Manager of Home Instead Ipswich, Felixstowe & Woodbridge, said:
“Being shortlisted for two EADT Business Awards is a wonderful achievement and a reflection of the amazing people within our team.
“Our Care Professionals and Office Support Staff are at the heart of everything we do. Their kindness, dedication and commitment to our clients is what makes Home Instead so special.
“We are also incredibly proud of the support network we have built for our team. Creating a positive workplace where people feel valued is just as important as the care we provide.”
At Home Instead Ipswich, Felixstowe & Woodbridge, we have always believed that exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We are proud to be part of the local community and continue to work alongside families, organisations and groups across Suffolk to support older people and those living with dementia.
The EADT Business Awards bring together businesses from across the region to celebrate success, innovation and the positive impact organisations have within their communities.
We would like to wish all finalists the very best of luck and look forward to celebrating with fellow local businesses at the awards ceremony.
