Home Instead Ipswich recently hosted a two-day Care Professional Conference at the Holiday Inn, Ransome’s, bringing together their amazing team for learning, connection, and plenty of fun.

The event featured two excellent guest speakers from the NHS, who shared valuable insights on Diabetes and Infection Control, helping Care Professionals build on their existing knowledge to further support our clients in the community.

It was also a great opportunity for Home Instead’s Director Chris Lye and General Manager Joanna McCall to speak with the team about the organisation’s shared vision of excellence.

A highlight of the conference was some interactive role play, which had everyone laughing while demonstrating the importance of teamwork and communication.
